TRANSCRIPTS/DIPLOMA RECORDS REQUESTS:
Currently enrolled Ellington students must make record requests via email, firstname.lastname@example.org.
Congratulations Graduates! If you are in need of official transcripts or a duplicate diploma, please click here to fill out a transcript/diploma request form. Please allow up to two calendar weeks for processing.
ALUMNI REQUESTS THAT ARE NOT SUBMITTED VIA THE ELLINGTON WEBSITE MAY REQUIRE A LONGER PROCESSING TIME. REQUESTS REGARDING RECORDS PRIOR TO 2004 MAY REQUIRE ADDITIONAL PROCESSING TIME AS WELL.
The printing process for duplicate diplomas is managed by the DCPS Central Records Office. Please allow 30+ days for processing. ALL WESTERN HIGH SCHOOL RECORD REQUESTS SHOULD BE MADE TO THE DCPS WAREHOUSE. https://dcps.dc.gov/service/request-transcripts-and-diplomas
ALL REQUESTS WILL BE ANSWERED IN THE ORDER IN WHICH THEY ARE RECEIVED.
Please plan for delays during certain high demand times: Admissions season (Feb-March), enrollment season (Apr-July), annual enrollment audit season (Oct-Nov).
