Museum Studies Seniors Presents: Day N Night

Day N’ Night is the Museum Studies department’s senior exhibition which explores in multimedia the concept of contrast. Through paintings, sculptures, photographs and digital media, each senior was challenged to reveal their innermost thoughts about parts of their identity. On the surface, Day N’ Night would seemingly be just about opposites. But the seniors came up with a variety of interpretations. The theme allowed the students to be vulnerable. Addressing emotions, lifestyles, and obstacles, each student found a sense of freedom, releasing tension from society’s expectations. As you walk through this exhibit, think about what Day N’ Night means to you.
