Museum Studies Presents “Ball of Confusion” (Closes)

At this time the exhibition is closed to the public but we are looking for an in-person celebration at a later date.

COVID is just one ingredient in this cacophony of disorders negatively impacting everyone and hitting, especially hard, communities of Black & brown people. As the Temptations would sing…”It’s Just A Ball of Confusion. That’s what the world is today.”
While many U.S. cities have large populations of Black and brown people, few have the sustained history, legacy, and success of its people of color quite the way Washington, DC has. Black and brown people have been so successful here, that it once was known as “Chocolate City”.
