Founders Day 2019 – Vendor Application
If you would like to be one of our Founders Day Artistic Bazaar vendors, please fill out the form below. We will reach out to you once your table request has been approved. We will provide one 6-foot table per single table vendor. All vendors will be set up inside the building, on the first floor. Load-in will be from 11:00am-12:30pm, with the Bazaar opening up at 1:30pm. A single table is $100.
Vendors are solely responsible for transport, load-in, set-up, display, breakdown, garbage disposal, inventory, damage, loss and theft of product. In addition to the aforementioned, vendors must provide all manpower and items necessary to load-in (palette jacks, dollies, packing supplies, etc.) and facilitate sales including appropriate staffing, credit card machines, cash drawers, money/change, and office supplies. Booths are assigned based on the date of application receipt.
The following items are not permitted at your table: open flames, helium balloons, animals or pets, and flammable objects.
