Transcripts & Records

TRANSCRIPTS/DIPLOMA RECORDS REQUESTS:

Currently enrolled Ellington students must make record requests in person in the Registrar Office. Transcripts are processed on FRIDAYS. No current student will be serviced through the online-process which is reserved for alumni.

Congratulations 2017 Graduates! You may use the online process for all record requests or you may come directly to the Registrar Office.

For your convenience the Alumni process for requesting records is ONLINE.  Please fill out a transcript/diploma request form online at: http://www.ellingtonschool.org/students/registrar/transcripts/.

Please allow 2 calendar weeks for processing. Payment processing is not immediate and is not processed by the Registrar Office. If the delay in processing presents a potential issue, payments can be made in person to the Business Office.

ALUMNI REQUESTS THAT ARE NOT SUBMITTED VIA THE ELLINGTON WEBSITE WILL BE DELAYED IN PROCESSING.

Request regarding records prior to 2004 may require more than 10 business days.  The process for duplicate diplomas is managed by the DCPS Central Records Office. Please allow for 30 days process time. ALL WESTERN HIGH SCHOOL RECORD REQUESTS SHOULD BE MADE TO THE DCPS  WAREHOUSE.

ALL REQUESTS WILL BE ANSWERED IN THE ORDER IN WHICH THEY ARE RECEIVED.

Certain high demand times during the year please plan for delays, i.e. audit time (Oct-Nov) enrollment season (Apr-Jun), college application season (Dec-Feb).

ENROLLMENT/GRADUATION VERIFICATION:

Requests for enrollment verification generally must be made in person by providing the Registrar Office with the document for verification, signature, and seal. Graduation verification requests are generally managed by phone or email. Please provide the potential employer with the Registrar Office contact information:
