Prom Fee – $90 – Due by Friday, March 15th

Cap and Gowns Package – $60 (includes Cap and Gown, graduation tassel, diploma cover, graduation stole) – Due by Friday, April 5th

Senior Dues – $100 (DCPS mandate for graduation fees) – Due in by Friday, May 3rd

Yearbook – $100

Paying in person: Duke Ellington School of the Arts, 3500 R Street NW, Washington, DC 20007, (Finance Office). It is imperative that all students pay their class dues and other fees if they wish to participate in Commencement Ceremonies. All class dues and fees must be paid by the dates listed. Students are able to pay their class dues and fees by certified check, money order or credit/debit card. The Ellington School accepts Visa, Discover, MasterCard, and American Express credit or debit cards. Payments are accepted online or in person in the Finance Office. NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED. Accounts not paid will be placed on restriction and may jeopardize your participation in senior class activities.

100 HOURS MUST BE COMPLETED AND DOCUMENTED NO LATER THAN MAY 1, 2019. Please provide completed community service forms to the counseling department.


  • Clearance sheets will be available in the Counseling Suite on Thursday, June 6th, 2019.
  • Seniors should return all textbooks, equipment, final assignments and other required items prior to june 7th.
  • All arts fees must be paid in full in order to be cleared for commencement ceremonies.
    • See The Ellington Fund, your art Department Chair or Director of Arts to check on your status for arts fees.
