The Ellington Fund sends direct mail appeals that provide updates and highlights on the education programs and needs at the school. To join our mailing and/or e-newsletter list please email us at email@example.com. Donate in Person
The Ellington Fund is currently located at Garnet-Patterson Middle School, 2001 10th Street, NW, Washington, DC, 20001. You may make a gift in person. We accept cash, check and credit card donations. The Ellington Fund office is open Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Donate through America’s Charities or CFC
The Duke Ellington School of the Arts (DESA) participates in the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) through America’s Charities. The mission of the CFC is to promote and support philanthropy through a program that is employee focused, cost-efficient, and effective in providing all federal employees the opportunity to improve the quality of life for all. You can support Duke Ellington with every purchase you make at Safeway. By registering your Safeway Club Card through eScrip’s website, a percentage of your future Safeway purchases will be donated to Duke Ellington — a simple and great way to support our school.

Duke Ellington accepts in-kind donations including instruments, dance shoes, school and office supplies among other needed items. We also welcome in-kind donations such as catering for events, painting or other renovations for the building, furniture, design and printing, business services and similar items.
