Full Time Science Teacher
This position is for teaching three sections of 9th grade Biology and three sections of either Chemistry or Environmental Science for the 2017-2018 school year. The chosen candidate will join a Science Department faculty in their third year of NGSS implementation utilizing 5E lesson planning, inquiry based lab design, and Claim Evidence Reasoning argumentation. The Science faculty participates in collaborative co-planning of the Biology and Chemistry courses and the chosen candidate will be expected to contribute to that professional experience. We are seeking someone who possesses creativity, organization, a desire to teach diverse learners, and a true collaborative spirit.
